use imapsync: Imapsync. Mailboxes transfer

it's necessary to add 2FA (via Mobile Number) and App Password (in the 2FA Section after adding 2FA) and to use this App Password as GMAIL-Login / AppPassword
use imapsync

Login to gmail
Follow the link: https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout
Choose Select data to include
Unselect: ALL
Select: Почта. Электронные письма и прикрепленные файлы из вашего аккаунта Gmail в формате MBOX. Пользовательские настройки из аккаунта Gmail в формате JSON.
Next
Follow the instructions. You'll get archive to youe mail, download file, unpack it, there'll be *.mbox
Import *.mbox to your new mailbox
